Travelling through the islands' newest subsea tunnel, you will drive to Sandoy, passing through picturesque villages while hearing fascinating saga stories along the way. Before heading back to Tórshavn, you will stop in Kirkjubøur to explore the nearly 900-year-old Roykstovan and Ólav's Church, built in AD 1111 and named after King Olav the Holy. Your day begins with either a hotel pickup or meeting at the ferry port in Sørvágur. Today, you will experience the breathtaking islet of Tindhólmur, where puffins breed—just like on the island of Mykines. For the more adventurous, you will also have the opportunity to swim in a lake amidst some of the most incredible scenery the Faroe Islands have to offer.
